  • Once an order is confirmed, designs cannot be altered unless approved in writing by Led Sign India.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm an order.

  • Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

  • Taxes, shipping, and installation charges (if applicable) will be mentioned separately.

5. Order Confirmation & Production

  • Production starts only after design approval and payment confirmation.

  • Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided as guidelines and may vary due to customization complexity or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Led Sign India is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or external factors beyond our control.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through third-party logistics partners.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

  • Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery and report damages immediately.

7. Installation

  • Installation services are provided only if specifically agreed upon.

  • Improper installation by the customer or third party may void warranty or support.

  • Electrical connections must comply with safety standards. Led Sign India is not responsible for damages caused by improper electrical supply.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders for customized LED signs cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • Advance payments are non-refundable for custom orders.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only in cases of manufacturing defects confirmed by our team.

  • Any refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

9. Warranty & Support

  • Warranty coverage (if any) will be specified at the time of purchase.

  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, water damage (unless specified), power fluctuations, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear are excluded from warranty.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

is the intellectual property of Led Sign India and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

  • Damages arising from misuse or incorrect installation of products

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product.

Led Sign India is not responsible for the terms, policies, or actions of third-party service providers.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
