Refund & Return Policy

At Led Sign India, all our products are custom-made and manufactured strictly on order based on customer specifications. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Refunds or Returns on Custom Orders
All LED signs and related products sold by Led Sign India are custom order products.

We do not offer refunds

We do not accept returns

We do not allow cancellations
once an order has been confirmed or production has started.
By placing an order, the Buyer agrees and acknowledges that custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
2. Damaged Goods on Delivery
If the Goods arrive in a damaged condition, the Buyer must comply with the following process:

Notify the delivery agent and Led Sign India within 24 hours of delivery

Provide written communication along with clear photo or video evidence showing:
-
Damage to the product
-
Damage to the original packaging
-
Failure to report damage within 24 hours or failure to provide sufficient evidence will void all seller obligations, including replacement or support.
3. Inspection on Delivery
The Buyer is required to:

Inspect the Goods immediately upon delivery

Notify Led Sign India in writing within 24 hours of delivery if there is:
-
Any defect
-
Shortage in quantity
-
Physical damage
-
Led Sign India must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Goods after notification.
If the Buyer fails to comply with this inspection and reporting process, the Goods shall be conclusively deemed accepted, defect-free, and in full compliance with the order.
4. Color Variations & Handcrafted Nature
Our products are hand-rendered and custom manufactured, and therefore:

Minor variations in color, brightness, or finish may occur

Slight discoloration or differences may arise due to:
-
Manufacturing process
-
LED materials
-
Computer screen, mobile display, or printer calibration
-
The Buyer acknowledges that such variations are normal characteristics of custom LED products and do not constitute defects or grounds for refund or replacement.
5. Technical Issues & Support
In case of any technical or operational issues after installation:

Please contact Led Sign India for troubleshooting and support

Our team will assist based on warranty terms (if applicable)
Technical issues do not automatically qualify for refunds or returns unless explicitly approved in writing by Led Sign India.
